Telegram Forward Bot
Mirror every new post from one Telegram group or channel into as many target groups as you want — automatically. Plus a built-in scheduler for your own recurring posts.
The problem
Reposting by hand
Running several groups or channels means copying the same post into each one, all day, and remembering to do it again tomorrow.
By hand
- Copy-paste every post into every group
- Albums break into separate messages
- “Forwarded from” tag exposes the source
- You forget the daily / hourly repeat
- No way to rotate captions or images
Forward Bot
- One listener mirrors every new post to all targets
- Grouped media stays a single album
- Copy mode — a clean post with no source header
- Set-and-forget schedule: repeat every N hours, only 09:00–22:00 if you like
- Rotating alt-texts and a random photo from a folder
What you get
A listener and a scheduler in one window
Everything runs on your machine through a bot you already control.
One source → many targets
Keep a list of target groups. Every post the bot captures from the source is sent to all of them.
Bot token, not your account
It drives a Bot API bot from @BotFather. Your personal session is never touched; the bot only sees chats you add it to.
Albums stay intact
A media group is captured as one item and re-sent as one album — not scattered into separate messages.
Copy or forward
Send a clean copy with no “forwarded from” header, or a true forward. Optionally delete the original after.
Build scheduled posts
Text with rotating alternates, a folder of photos to pick from at random, or hand-picked images — queued and sent for you.
Repeat + time window
Resend every N hours, and restrict sending to an active window such as 09:00–22:00. Outside it, nothing goes out.
Live capture feed
Watch everything the listener grabs, preview it, then pick what to forward now or drop into the schedule.
Everything local
Token and settings sit in a file next to the .exe; cached media in a folder. No account on this site, no server.
Light long-poll listener
A single long-polling connection, tunable timeout — low request count, low CPU, safe to leave running.
The app
Three tabs, one window
Settings for the connection, a live feed of captured posts, and a queue for scheduled ones.
Layout reconstructed from the app. The shipped interface is in Turkish; the buttons above are the English equivalents.
Setup
From token to first mirror
About five minutes. You need one free Telegram bot; the app does the rest.
Create a bot
Open a chat with @BotFather, run /newbot, give it a name, and copy the bot token it hands back.
Add the bot as an admin
Add the bot to your source group or channel and to every target group, then promote it to administrator so it can read posts and send them.
Fill the Settings tab
Paste the token, enter the source group ID (usually a negative number like -1001234567890), add your target groups, and press Start listening.
Mirror, then schedule
New posts now flow to every target automatically. Switch to the Scheduled tab to build your own recurring posts with repeat intervals and an active hour window.
Tip: to keep the listener and scheduler running around the clock, leave the app open on an always-on PC or a small Windows VM.

FAQ
Questions
Does it use my personal Telegram account?
No. It drives a Bot API bot you create with @BotFather. Your personal account and session are never involved. The bot can only see chats you add it to.
Will the mirrored posts say “forwarded from”?
Only if you choose Forward. Copy mode sends a clean post to the target groups with no source header.
Can it mirror a channel, not just a group?
Yes, as long as the bot is an administrator of the source channel and can read its posts.
What happens to albums and media groups?
Grouped media is captured as a single item and re-sent as one album, not split into separate messages.
Can I forward to many groups at once?
Yes. Add as many target groups as you want; every captured post is sent to all of them.
Does the schedule keep running if I close the app?
No. It is a desktop app, so keep it open on a PC or an always-on machine for the listener and scheduler to run.
Is anything uploaded to a server?
No. The bot token, settings and cached media stay on your PC. Nothing passes through a Lyrasoft server.
Mac or Linux?
Not yet. Telegram Forward Bot is a Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop app.
How do I buy it and get my key?
Buy from the Lyrasoft Patreon shop or through the Telegram channel. The licence key and download link are emailed to you. Licence problems go through the Discord support ticket queue.
